I am going to create a photo mosaic. Basically, I am going to pick one photo and fill it with a variety of different photos. This will create an optical illusion. This product is simply for aesthetic pleasure. I will design this product by setting one photo as the background. Next, I am going to put smaller photos on top of the background. Then, I will make the smaller images slightly opaque. I anticipate using the Crop tool along with various blending modes and adjustments. I should be able to finish this product in 4 hours of class time depending on how quickly I capture the images. I will know that I am finished when I see an optical illusion.
Filter Challenge #1: I used the Oil Paint filter and I edited the size of the strokes the make them less intense, softening the picture.
Filter Challenge #2: I used the Liquify filter to make the picture look like it is melting. Filter Challenge #3: I used the Pixelate/Crystallize to make the picture look more hexagonal. Elldar's Travels is promoting Mount Olympus. Information about Mount Olympus was obtained from various trusted websites. Some special qualities about Mount Olympus: It is the home of all Greek gods and goddesses, the landscape is beautiful with mountain ranges and sandy beaches, and Mount Olympus id located in Greece. I showed various pictures of the area surrounding Mount Olympus to convey just how wonderful the sightings are. The brochure is divided into three. Also, there is a triangular shape on the interior to coincide with the logo of Mount Olympus resort.
The display is resembles a greek-like text and is very large and flashy. The secondary type uses the same font but is ronde down in size. The standard text is smaller and uses a simpler font to ensure legibility. If an unassuming person dawned upon the brochure, immediately said person would be amazed. They would be very intrigued by the Greek culture and would ponder whether to visit Mount Olympus. Any person who reads the brochure would take away that Mount Olympus is a beautiful place with a mind-blowing history. If I was to start my brochure all over again, I would redesign the exterior of the brochure to include more information. |
